GREEK SALAD OF GAINZ
- Kalamata olives
- Garbanzo beans
- Feta cheese crumbles
- Grilled chicken or any other protein
- Greek dressing without processed oils
- Salt and Pepper
Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl. Toss with dressing or EVOO & fresh squeezed lemon juice and seasoning.
THICC BREAKFAST BOWL
- Quinoa or rice
- Eggs (2-4 depending on protein requirements)
- Thick cut bacon or other meat of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook quinoa according to package instructions. Make sure to include some salt in the water you use to brighten the quinoa flavor.
While quinoa is cooking, drain and rinse beans. Scramble eggs with spinach and cook bacon.
Once quinoa is cooked, place ½ to 1 cup at base of bowl. Layer eggs, bacon, and beans. Drizzle with hot sauce, salsa, or any other sauce for extra umph.
