Getting Started

Welcome to The Daily BJ! There are a few vids in here to help you navigate the site. There is also a suggested equipment list. The most important thing is the Annual Training Schedule PDF. It will essentially break down how to use TDBJ, whether you just want to do metcon style WOWs, or the muscle-building focused Gorillacorn Gainz program. In short, if you are just doing the metcon-style workouts, you will get a WOW (workout of the week) every Sunday which you will repeat 3x/week. If you are doing Gorillacorn Gainz, you will do a WOW 2x/week and then a GG Upper and Lower workout for 4 total workouts/week. If you are completely new to working out, we suggest doing the Beginner Bootcamp. This program helps you develop solid moving patterns so you can confidently graduate to the more intense WOWs.
