I apologize for not being more responsive to your comments & questions in Q1. I got too caught up in the teaching, programming and increased workload. My hope is to be more efficient at creating the content in Q2 so I can be a better coach.
And I'm humiliated by the fact that some of you are afraid to ask me questions due to my limited patience and unpredictable mood swings. I want to do better and be a more positive force in your life. Please know that I'm really working hard on handling stress better. But it's a work in progress.

One of the many painful revelations I've had in this unexpected year of self-reflection, is that I tend to lash out at people I care about the most when I'm stressed out. It's an ugly trait. I will do better.
